In Ibiza we deliver all orders with our own delivery service. In the Netherlands and all other countries of the world we use DHL for delivery.
Please note, that all duty and customs taxes applicable are for the recipient; Spiri cannot be held liable for any further costs.
HOW FAST WILL YOU DISPATCH MY ORDER?
We dispatch within 12 hours of your purchase on weekdays (public holidays not included). After you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation. As soon as we are ready to dispatch your purchase, we will send you the shipping details.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSS DURING THE SHIPMENT?
We are. All shipments are our responsibility until it reaches your doorstep.
CAN YOU STATE ‘GIFTS’ OR ‘SAMPLES’ ON THE CUSTOM SLIP TO AVOID ADDITIONAL TAXES?
No, on such custom slips we always state it is a commercial good. Additionally, we also state the correct value of the parcel for insurance purposes. Not being a bad sport here, but if ever customs decides to check and finds we are willfully trying to avoid taxes for either our benefit or yours, consequences will be ours.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
Within the Netherlands and Ibiza, the parcel will be delivered within 24 hours after dispatch, weekends and holidays not included. Orders made on those days before 12.00h CET will be dispatched the same day.
The above delivery estimates do not include weekends and public holidays. Please bear in mind that these are estimates and a longer delivery time is possible. For destinations outside the EU, please note that these delivery estimates do not include time needed for the customs department of your country. Customs control may delay your delivery time. This process may take up to 4 business days. Our prices are excluded of all taxes applicable by the custom law of your country. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change your shipping address when your parcel has not yet been dispatched to our logistics partners. When the parcel has already left our store, changes on our end are no longer possible. If this is not possible, then we wait until the parcel is returned to us, and we will then ship it to your required address. Please understand the extra shipping charges need to be paid by the recipient, and that we cannot accept the order to be cancelled due to a change in shipping address after the order has been confirmed and dispatched. Our customers are responsible for providing the right shipping information.
